We invite you to join us on September 5th for an important talk about the call for an academic boycott of Israeli universities. This event is open to everyone who wants to learn more about why this boycott is important and how it relates to the broader issue of the occupation of Palestine.
Our guest speaker, Michelle Pace, a professor in Global Studies at Roskilde University, will explain how Israeli universities are involved in the Israeli military-security-industrial complex and the occupation in general. Michelle will also discuss the responsibilities of Danish academics and universities when collaborating with Israeli institutions.
The talk will be held in English, and everyone is welcome. We encourage all students and staff at Danish universities to take part in a meaningful discussion on An Academic Boycott of Israeli universities.
